## Context Enterprise intranet and collaboration platform built on **SharePoint Online and on-premises**, licensed to external customers. ## My role **Senior Technical Team Lead / Architect** (design, delivery, and coordination in Scrum sprints). ## What I delivered - Extension of core SharePoint capabilities using: - **Provider Add-ins** (on-prem and Azure) - **SPFx solutions** using **TypeScript + React** - Engineering practices: - Sprint-based delivery (Scrum) - CI/CD with Git/TFS - Documentation and knowledge transfer across distributed teams ## Key technical decisions - When to use SPFx vs Provider Add-ins (capabilities, hosting, lifecycle) - Patterns for reusable components and consistent UX across customer environments ## Outcomes - A platform stable and polished enough to be **licensed to external customers** beyond Swisscom itself - Reusable component patterns that kept UX consistent across customer environments - Predictable, sprint-based releases supported by CI/CD and cross-team documentation ## Tech stack SharePoint (Online + on-prem), SPFx, TypeScript, React, CI/CD (TFS/Git), Azure (where applicable).
